I SUCK.

Just in case anyone's interested, here's a sample of the properties I'm trying to rent out. I have luxury buildings, cheap railroads, hip walk-ups, cool brownstones, and everything in between! Right now I have some really awesome deals on great apartments in TriBeCa, Chelsea, the Village (both east and west) and Gramercy. Plus I have no fee and low fee apartments all over Manhattan as well. If you know anyone who might be interested, do steer them my way. I'm authorized to show any property on my company's website, even if it's under another agent's name.

Anyway. One week on the job and I haven't earned a penny!

The other newbies have already closed at least one deal and I have closed a total of ZERO. I absolutely suck.

And it's not because I haven't been working my ass off, I can tell you that. I've been running around the city like a headless chicken, but for some reason, the clients just aren't liking the places I've been showing them. They're either too expensive (even though everything I show is within the price range they specified), too small (welcome to New York, babe,) or too far from the trains (this is New York! if you can't afford a cab, use your FEET, for pete's sake!).

Maybe I'm doing something wrong here and I just don't know what. Or maybe I just really suck.

Ugh.
